Our client is a well established SME organisation providing FCMG goods to UK, Europe and Ireland based in London, NW10. As part of their expansion they are seeking an experience Customer Service Manager to join their growing team, to manage 3 customer service executives, the distribution function and deal with Key Accounts.
The role will involve setting up policies and procedures, SLA’s and KPI’s, motivating and training the team and ensuring fast and on time delivery of goods to customers as well as taking a hands on part of taking customer orders and Key Account Manager of B2B accounts
This is a busy role which requires an experience Customer Service Manager ideally from the FMCG sector, a clear and concise telephone manner and fluency in English.
